Position: Full and Part Time Associates
Orland Park Bakery proudly introduces the opening of our new secondary location. The new store will combine our traditional baked goods along with the addition of a cafe. The cafe will feature custom specialty coffees, gourmet handcrafted sandwiches, delicious salads and more, while still providing the perfect pairing of your favorite bakery goods, all in one.
We are currently looking for motivated associates who want an opportunity for growth to join our team at 183rd and LaGrange Road, in Tinley Park. One year of experience in one or more of the following areas a plus.
- Barista or Specialty Coffee Shop
- Retail Bakery
- Customer Service Representative
- Food Service/Restaurant
Job Qualifications:
- Able to work well with others in a fast pace environment
- Willingness to learn and open to cross training
- Prepare food and beverages
- Being on time, demonstrate honesty and a positive attitude
- Strive to instill a positive work and guest environment
- Self motivated and communicate effectively with managers and co-workers
- Passion for providing world class customer service
- Able to work flexible hours, including weekends
- Assemble and package orders and serve to guests
Physical Requirements:
- Must be able to lift up to 40 lbs
- Work requires the following in a 4- 8 hour shift, standing, walking, reaching and twisting.
- Working in a small space
